Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the website operated by Baltic Bridge Advisory UAB and the provision of all advisory services. By accessing the website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  2. The Service Provider is Baltic Bridge Advisory UAB, registered at Gedimino pr. 35, LT-01109 Vilnius, Lithuania. The terms apply to all agreements concluded between the Service Provider and the User (Client).
  3. Any deviation from these terms requires a separate written agreement. These regulations are made available to the User free of charge via the website in a form that allows for their download, recording, and printing.
  4. The User is obliged to use the services in a manner consistent with applicable law, principles of social coexistence, and these Regulations. Providing illegal content is strictly prohibited.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Platform – The website and online systems operated by the Service Provider at balticbridgeadvisory.com and its subdomains.
  • User – Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, which uses the services provided by the Service Provider.
  • Account – A User's individual profile within the Platform's client portal, allowing access to specific services and documents.
  • Services – All advisory, consulting, and administrative services related to market entry, tax, audit, and compliance provided by the Service Provider.
  • Regulations – This document, specifying the terms and conditions for the provision of services.

§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided

  1. The Service Provider offers specialized advisory services as detailed on the Platform and in individual client proposals. The scope of services for each User is defined in a separate engagement letter or agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms.
  2. Services are provided with due professional care, in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific business outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond its control.
  3. The User agrees to provide all necessary, accurate, and truthful information required for the proper execution of the Services. The Service Provider is not liable for consequences resulting from the User providing incomplete or false information.
  4. Access to certain services may require the creation of a Client Account. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their Account.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  1. To use the Platform, the User must have a device with internet access, a current web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari), and an active email account. The Platform is optimized for modern browsers.
  2. The Service Provider is not responsible for any disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Platform, caused by force majeure, illegal actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the Platform with the User's technical infrastructure.
  3. The User is prohibited from introducing any malicious software or code into the Platform's systems.

§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User

  1. The User has the right to use the Services in accordance with the signed agreement and these Regulations. The User also has the right to file a complaint regarding the performance of the Services.
  2. The User is obligated to make timely payments for the Services in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice or engagement letter. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
  3. All intellectual property, including reports, analyses, and advisory materials provided by the Service Provider, remains the property of the Service Provider. The User is granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for their own internal business purposes only.
  4. The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information obtained during the provision of Services, including the Service Provider's methodologies and trade secrets. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
  5. The User agrees not to take any action that could disrupt the functioning of the Platform or harm the reputation of the Service Provider.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. The law applicable to all legal relations arising from these Regulations is the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider.
  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Any amendments will be communicated to the User via email or by posting on the Platform and will become effective 14 days after notification.
  3. If any provision of these Regulations is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
